Local overview
How we approach work in Plano.
Plano is home to some of the most significant corporate campus development in North Texas — Toyota North America's headquarters at Legacy West, JPMorgan Chase's massive regional operations campus, Liberty Mutual's Plano campus, and dozens of other Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies that have concentrated in the Legacy Drive, Corporate Drive, and Dallas North Tollway corridors. This concentration of corporate campus development makes Plano one of the highest-volume commercial construction markets in Texas for new office building delivery, corporate TI construction, and campus MEP infrastructure upgrades.
Plano also hosts a significant data center concentration in the Central Plano and East Plano technology corridor, with colocation facilities, hyperscale data center campuses, and enterprise data center buildings that serve both the corporate campus market and the regional cloud and managed services sector. Data center construction in Plano requires the same N+1 redundant MEP infrastructure and Oncor primary service coordination that characterizes data center construction throughout the DFW market.
Plano ISD is a large, high-performing school district serving a diverse student population with an ongoing capital construction program. The district follows Texas Education Code competitive bidding and TEA Design Standards. We serve Plano from our DFW-wide construction service area, bringing the same corporate campus preconstruction expertise and trade network that serves our Las Colinas Fortune 500 clients to the Plano corporate campus market.
